Love these for versatile meal options - on toast or in a bun with choice of ingredients for a burger option. Topped with ham, grilled pineapple jalepenos and cheese with a side salad for a quick easy dinner or lunch …. I bake all in the oven and then mix up my serving options to suit my mood. These are always on my shopping list and buy in bulk if on sale as I know my meal options will be sorted if struggling financially that week. Can’t say enough how much I love these!

The Cole’s chicken and herb crumb schnitzel is so authentic that one would be forgiven for thinking that this is home made. The garlic and herb crumb is not over powering and adds a delicious added flavour to the tender chicken that it is wrapped around. Always reasonably priced. Very happy and will continue to buy!
