This mince is great value for everyday meals. I like that it’s made with no added hormones, and it cooks evenly without releasing too much fat. It’s perfect for spaghetti bolognese, tacos, or homemade burgers. The texture is good and it tastes fresh. I gave it 4 stars only because I prefer a leaner option for certain dishes, but overall it’s a solid choice for the price.

I recently tried Coles 3 Star Beef Mince, and for a budget option, it does the job. The higher fat content makes it quite juicy, which works well for things like burgers and meatballs, but it can also be a bit greasy. I usually have to drain off quite a bit of fat when cooking. Flavour-wise, it's decent—nothing special but not bad either.

Always available in store with appropriate use by dates. Minimal fat present. Price is good for the quality of the meat. Used to make chow mein for the family.

Stir fry mince add 1 jar of tomato passata salt and pepper and cook for 1 to 2 hrs on simmer adding water when necessary Serve with pasta as a bolognese sauce

Love the Cole’s brand mince meat. I use it for pasta sauce, hamburgers and cottage pies. Good value. Great quality.
