My 5-year-old absolutely loves this Coles Sparkling Natural Mineral Water! We bought it as a fun alternative to plain water, and he calls it his “fizzy adventure drink.” He gets so excited about the bubbles and often asks for it instead of juice or soft drink, which is a huge win for me as a parent trying to cut down on sugary drinks. Pros: • Super refreshing and crisp with just the right amount of carbonation – not too overpowering. • No added sugar, flavours, or anything artificial (just carbonated Australian mineral water), so it feels like a healthy treat. • Great value for a big 1.25L bottle – lasts us a few days with multiple pours. • My little one enjoys the fun fizz sensation, and it encourages him to drink more water overall. Cons: • The fizz can be a bit strong when first opened (it sometimes fizzes over if not careful), but we just open it slowly over the sink now. • For very young kids, sparkling water isn’t always ideal every day (dentists suggest plain water most of the time for developing teeth), but in moderation as an occasional fun option, it’s perfect for us. Overall, it’s become a household favourite – affordable, tasty, and helps make hydration exciting for kids. Highly recommend if your child likes bubbly drinks!
