love frozen veggies. Cole’s own brand is such good value for money, easy to prepare and so versatile. often take for my work lunches. defrosts throughout the morning.

great for use in a stirfry. the pieces of broccoli are just the right size so they cook evenly with the beans and peas. it's a nice combination of green vegetables and there's an even mix of them all. they're super crisp so there's no risk of cooking up soggy veggies
