The veg is fresh and good to eat in fresh

This is an absolute staple in my household. I use 1 or 2 leaves every time I make a smoothie or make a pot of instant ramen, and it’s great in salads and stir fries. I find that it lasts pretty well if I’m not doing a lot of cooking - at least as well as you would expect from fresh vegetables.

I like kale. Removing leaves from the stem, giving it a wash, and then just stir frying them with garlic. Seasoned with salt, white pepper, say sauce and a bit of dark vinegar. Delicious and nutritious
