The texture struck a great balance between crispy edges and a soft, chewy center, just the way I like it. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, and they had that homemade feel that makes you want to eat more than you should. The only downside is that they were a bit on the sweet side for my taste, and they could’ve used a touch more salt to balance things out. Also, they’re so soft that they can fall apart a little if not stored carefully. But overall, these cookies hit the spot and are perfect with a glass of cold milk or a cozy cup of coffee.
