No added hormone beef four star lane mince I buy this every week. I think it’s a top mince to buy. You can do so many things with it and I do prefer The lean mince I use it in most to my recipes only thing I don’t use it for is hamburgers as a contend to be a little bit dry but you can always add Port Minster and you’ve got the perfect hamburger
