Lean beef mince is my personal choice as it contains less fat so the quality feels or tastes better in my opinion. Beef mince is a great base to use for many meals including lasagna, chilli corn carne, tacos or shepherds pie for example. The mince comes in a good size quantity and this can fees up to 4 or 5 people often. It can come in a larger quantity too so it is versatile. I use this size by myself to create 2 different meals with leftovers for example. 5 stars anyhow for beef mince for taste, flexibility and freshness.
