As the name states it's extra lean mince with no more than 5% fat. I've found this to be of exceptional quality as expected with 100% Australian beef. It's not the cheapest in the supermarket but it's pretty good for a week's worth of meal prep for my partner's new diet.

Extra lean mince is extremely low fat and no greasy. It is the good option if you don’t want to intake unnecessary fat.

Incorrect weight. When weighed on the scales after removing from packaging, weighed 480g.

Delicious extra lean beef mince from coles. Perfect for making bolognese. I like that australian beef has no added hormones.
