Honestly it was pretty flavourless and average. Purchased only as it was the only option for purchase at the time, (late weekend), and convenient. Would recommend and continue to purchase meat products from the local organic butcher whom is cheaper and more flavourful. For 5 star mince I would expect a better quality however it was full of fatty chewy gritzly bits.

Always getting the 5 star beef! Works perfect for Lasange, bolognaise, pasta bake, nachos, tacos, meatloaf, meatballs, rissoles the list goes on! It’s never too oily either and there’s no “gross bits”.
