Such good quality meat barely any fat comes out of this when you are cooking it it is still nice and juicy but the fat percentage is great. Good for when you are wanting to eat cleaner.

When they say extra lean, they mean it. Usually there will still be quite a bit of grease when frying them, but there's not much grease from this one. Tastes great too.
