Great mince for Spaghetti or various other metals like burgers etc, as the title says super lean and cooks fast, the flavour is there and not too expensive.

This Lean Pork Mince tastes great cooked up in a stew or pasta sauce. I like that it is extra lean, so it has very little fat per gram. I love that this mince also has a 5 Star Health rating, and is high in protein and b vitamins. This mince comes from Australian raised pigs, and so is of the highest quality. A great buy!

Coles pork mince are always great quality — fresh, and perfect for pasta or salad. I’ve tried pork mince from other supermarkets, but Coles ones are usually more consistent in flavor and texture. Definitely worth buying every week!

pros: -good for weightloss -good to make pasta with like spaghetti bolognaise or lasagna -good to mix with spring roll ingredients -can be cooked with any dish -can be stir fried, baked, mixed in sauces cons: -might be too dry for some. -wasn’t a lot after cooked -lots of moisture/water from meat
