I love this mince because it’s affordable and I use it nearly every shop.

fresh as usual, good for stir fry pork dishes. especially Thai basil pork rice. Good to marinate it abit in corn flour to tenderize it.

decent meat makes a great spag bowl. very little fat to drain out and tastes great.
