Bought this pork mince by mistake but added it to make my bolognaise sauce and it was delicious, did have a pork taste but not overpowering, just added a different dimension to the sauce, 500g wasn’t dear to buy, always good to have mince in the freezer as it’s so versatile, best part of buying this mince is 10c is donated to help fight MND
