Coles pork mince is our go to mince when we have spaghetti or dumplings for dinner. The mince has just the right amount of fat so our dumplings are nice and juicy.

Pretty decent for everyday cooking. The Coles 3 Star Pork Mince isn’t super lean, but it adds a nice flavour and moisture to dishes like dumplings, stir-fries, or pasta sauce. You’ll get a bit of oil in the pan, so it’s best for recipes where fat helps with taste. Good value for the price.
