The best ingredient for making sausage rolls! It has very little gamey smell. Usually, 1 kg is enough to make a whole pack of sausage roll pastry (remember to buy the Coles one, which also comes with a recipe), which makes around 60 sausage rolls. I just made 120 sausage rolls for church and used 2 kg of this pork mince.
