I like Jam Sponge Roll for its taste and texture. It tasted beautiful! Lovely fresh sponge. I used this to make a trifle. It soaked up the custard well and was delicious. Cut a piece off and tried it on its own. It wasn't dry and had a lovely texture.

I use these to make my Chtistmas trifles, so quick & easy and great tasting too. Great sliced with a cuppa as well.

This was reasonably good. It was everything that I expected it to be and I love that they stay tasting fresh for a long period of time.
