I recently tried mini asparagus and was pleasantly surprised by how tender and flavorful they are compared to the regular kind! They cook quickly—perfect for weeknight dinners—and have a delicate, slightly sweet taste that pairs well with just about anything. I especially love roasting them with a bit of olive oil and sea salt. The size makes them great for snacking too. The only downside is that they can be a bit pricier and sometimes harder to find fresh at local stores. Still, for the quality and convenience, they’ve definitely earned a spot in my fridge.
