Yellow nectarines have a deliciously sweet and juicy and slightly tangy flavour, when ripe they are soft. When unripe, nectarine flesh is quite hard and crunchy. Nectarines differ slightly from peaches in that their skin is smooth and fuzz free.

good nectarines, the fruit can be hit and miss from coles but these ones were quite good. I like to stew them and serve for breakfast over yogurt
