A terrific go to for a quick lunch salad every day, or a full salad for the dinner table. I haven’t done so but I imagine you could add a handful to a burger as well. Plenty of ingredient variety included in the pack and always a great crunch. Sometimes the percentages are different, but I just put that down to seasonality! Definitley needs a dressing to have on its own. I’ve tried it with multiple types (creamy, vinaigrette, etc) and all worked well. A great staple to have on hand.

Nice mix of leafy greens and keeps very well inside plastic bag. Mix has some greens I normally wouldn't buy by themselves which helps to add variety to my food. For sustainability I try to buy all my greens without plastic but they wilt quickly. Plastic is fantastic if you need your greens 2-3 days later.
