A terrific go to for a quick lunch salad every day, or a full salad for the dinner table. I haven’t done so but I imagine you could add a handful to a burger as well. Plenty of ingredient variety included in the pack and always a great crunch. Sometimes the percentages are different, but I just put that down to seasonality! Definitley needs a dressing to have on its own. I’ve tried it with multiple types (creamy, vinaigrette, etc) and all worked well. A great staple to have on hand.

I use the baby leaves for salad, sandwich filling , wrap filling etc. It is pretty versatile and I like that it is still fresh even after putting in the fridge for 2 to 3 days. The leaves are crunchy and fresh.
