this is a staple in the home. my husband insist that we have it on hand so we can have veg at random meals. for breakfast we have spinach in a pan but we can also put spinach into instant noodles or clear chinese soup in a pinch

This one is our favourite. Spinach contains minerals such as potassium, magnesium, etc. love to use this in rice , pasta etc

it's very easy to microwave for a short amount of time to become cooked and easier to eat. it can pair pretty well with any meal, I have mine with fermented tofu. I wish it was a bit cheaper - cooking the whole bunch then it just shrinks to a small bowl!
