Great size bag and value bag of spinach that comes washed and ready to use. Mostly keeps fresh in sealed bag but if buying close to use by, best to wash and spin it to remove any wilted or soggy bits. I often buy, cut a small hole to push all air out, then fold up tightly and freeze. It freezes well and while no longer good to eat fresh, it is great in pasta dishes, omelettes or throw into a soup, curry or stew. . Very versatile and healthy.
