Photo Review of Salad Family Baby Spinach

Baby spinach is a staple in my weekly grocery shop. The leaves are tender, fresh and easy to use straight from the bag after a quick rinse. I use it daily in salads, smoothies, omelettes and warm dishes, as it wilts nicely and has a mild flavour. The family-size pack is convenient and lasts well in the fridge when stored properly. Pros: Fresh and tender leaves, very versatile, healthy and easy to prepare. Cons: Needs to be used within a few days once opened to stay at its best. Overall, a reliable everyday green that fits into many meals.
