I love this High Fibre flow Gi 7 Seeds and Grains Bread from Coles. It has a soft, light texture, but still has plenty of flavour. It also boasts better nutrition than a lot of other bread options, as it is made from 7 types of seed and grain. Perfect for toast, sandwiches, or eaten with spreads or dip, this bread is dleicous, versatile, and healthy. A repeat purchase for us.

This 7 seed Coles bread is our go to sliced bread. It’s soft yummy filling and toasts well. It’s great for diabetics as it doesn’t push up blood sugar too high. Priced economically as well

Best bread in the world. I have bought multiple times and haven't get bored. You can put jam, tuna, everything you like. Dip it in tea and coffee. Eat it with Kaya toast. I know you know where I am from after reading this comment. Cheers!
