it is quite cheap just 3.5 dollars in coles and taste pretty good. it is also low GI

If I need a fancy loaf of bread, ad I don’t have to make sandwiches, this low GI bread is fabulous. It’s very high in fibre, toasts up beautifully and slices really well. I keep it in the fridge so it lasts more than just a couple of days. It’s not always available so grab it when you see it.
