These are just good old spring onions. There is nothing really remarkable about these. We always get these as a aromatic and sometimes as garnishes as well. They work well with many different cuisines and dishes. However, we do find lately that the bunches of spring onions in the supermarkets have become so much thinner smaller! And the price for one tiny bunch is outrageous too! Shrinkfation much? Disappointing.
