Fresh spring onions are great in all kinds of dishes. They must not be in season though as this bunch was a little thinner than normal.

These were great! Very strong taste but that’s how I like them. I used them for pad thai and what I didn’t use was kept for frittata and they didn’t disappoint with their strong crips flavour!

Must have item for Asian food at home. But some are really tiny and has some brown spots on it which is unusual.
