Review of Coles Spring Onions Bunch

The ultimate go to in our kitchen, it’s weird when there’s none in the fridge. Perfect uncooked when the meal calls for some light, fresh, zippy crunch without the overpowering onion impact. Perfect cooked in curries (and on top) and perfect as a garnish. I find they last a long time in the fridge, especially when cut and stored in a container with a little paper towel to control the humidity. The ones in my video are 8 days old. Listen to the crunch! Today they garnished my loaded potato, tonight they will gently flavour our beef biryani. Tomorrow a salad… the possibilities are endless with this little green goodness.
