I hate paying for parsley, but since I’ve been too lazy to grow my own, this is it. If stored correctly this bunch will last me a couple of weeks! I usually put it into a large systems container and keep in the fridge, checking nothing is rotting and wiping out excess moisture. I love it as a topping fresh or thrown into soups/stews or even curries for a bit of flavour.
