For an easy, quick dinner this chicken mince is perfect. I don’t eat red meat, so I make up taco filling or chicken rissoles. Delicious and tasty

Not too much fat, good quality chicken.Best to use when fresh, not frozen, but makes for great kebabs and patties, also for an Indian dish called kheema.

I used to buy this set of chicken mince for making juicy dumplings. But this time, it was not so juicy. May be better luck next time.
