This cooks evenly, and works in basically anything. It’s quite lean, which is great health-wise, but you do have to watch it so it doesn’t dry out. Sometimes it releases a bit more liquid than expected. But overall, it’s affordable, easy to use, and reliable and exactly what you want when you just need dinner sorted fast.
