The Coles Stone Baked White Sourdough Vienna loaf is a big disappointment. looks great on the outside. Tastes great, but ALWAYS has massive holes in the middle of the loaf. making up to half the loaf unable to be used for toast. I have been caught out many many times with Coles Sourdough being like this, which is why I prefer to by from other grocery stores instead
