This beef mince has just the right amount of fat in it, to make the beef juicy. We used it for our koftas and they were cheap to produce and tasted amazing.

A great option for the less lean mince varieties. This beef mince had a nice flavour & didn’t expel too much oil. Great for our stir fry dishes.
