This mince is not fatty nor does it contain any gristle. It doesn't shrink down when cooked. Due to its high meat content it does require a little longer cooking time.

This product is very high quality mince beef. Pratically can use with tacos and pasta. Is double the price depending on quality and quantity of mince beef.

lots of water pumped in now days so ends up quote fatty and the amount of mince reduces. quite disappointing
