Great size to keep in the fridge. I love the resealable top. Only downside is the cost, it is a bit expensive but won’t stop me from buying

This is a nice tasty cheese, not too bitey but not too bland either. The pack says mature 3 strength, I don’t find it overly mature tasting but I do like vintage tasting cheese. Good size bag, 700g for $9.50. Almost completely Australian made. Bag is resealable which is great for keeping the cheese fresh. Great for baking, melting or in wraps. Long dating so will last a while.
