good quality product at a reasonable price. great to have on hand to make pizzas and so many other baked dishes or even salads made from nearly all australian products which is amazing and helps our farmers. no artificial colours or flavours that is great love the taste not too mild and nit too sharp. perfectly matured. bit high in fat but a little bit is always okay it also has a money back guarantee if you dont love it. but that wont happen
