we ate half and froze half. it was nice and soft and had a great fresh taste 3.5 star health rating good source of protein. suitable for cegetarians and nearly all ingredients are from australia. this is great to hear. just ine thing i know the breadclips are enviromently safe but please bring back the plastic ones. they hold the bags shut so much better
