great for baking scrolls with, or making pies. I haven't had any issues with this pastry and it's almost half as cheap as the pampas brand!

Great all-rounder for Spanakopita aka spinach pie, sausage rolls, fetta cheese puffs and more. My hint is to spray baking pan and the puff pastry with copious amounts of extra virgin olive oil
