Delicious authentic and rustic rolls that are very much like small ciabatta rolls. Great value and proce for the four pack, as you'd pay double for this quality at a bakery. Crusty texture on the outside and soft on the inside. Great as a side bread with meals, or made into burgers. They freeze and thaw well also-keep that in mind as they can go hard on bench top after a day or two.
