Coles’ Fresh Cream Chocolate Éclairs are a solid mid-range bakery treat. They do a good job of delivering a light, creamy dessert with a pleasing balance of shell, cream, and chocolate glaze. They won’t compete with artisan pâtisserie versions in decadence, but they’re convenient, enjoyable, and satisfying in their own right.
