I love these spuds with 25% less carbs. You can bake, boil, deep fry, mash, microwave, air fry and roast them. So versatile. I love them mashed. They come up so creamy, fluffy and white. A great contrast to other veg on the plate.

I love potatoes. You can make so many delicious things with them and they are also (in moderation) good for you. I usually buy washed potatoes as I don't like cleaning them, and I use enough to justify buying a big bag like this one of Carisma potatoes from Coles.
