We love these potatoes for they lower carb content which keeps the gym members amongst us happy. They are delicious and make the crispiest, crunchiest roast potatoes we’ve ever had. They are also perfect for our microwave potato bag which makes a hot spud for lunch in 3-4 minutes, and for creamy mash too!
