I do prefer these potatoes to any other, always very clean and are a thin skin with a pale yellow flesh, perfect for boiling, roasting or mashing, make a good potato salad, always taste fresh and full of flavour, a versatile all rounder potato, usually the potatoes in the bag are a medium size so perfect for roasting
