Not the best sausages for a barbecue. Goes okay in casseroles and bakes. If you want a sausage that tastes better, you are better off paying a bit more at the butcher.

When initially cooked these sauces tasted nice. We put the left overs in the fridge. The next day I cut one up and you could see how much solid fat ran through the sausages, it was a lot. Not impressed.

Thin BBQ beef sausages cook quickly and have a nice, classic beefy flavor. Best grilled and served in a bun with onions and sauce—easy and tasty.
