I bought this White Mud Cake from Coles for my partner’s birthday a couple of days ago, and it did not last long. We both enjoyed it, and it is probably my favourite flavour of these supermarket mud cakes, which I absolutely love. Although cheap to buy, they are always moist and delicious, and this one was no exception.

White mud cack , as soon as comes in my home . It gets vanished in my fridge being so delicious. my children like it so much. that is reason I don't have anything left 🥲to upload picture. it is high in suger, so I bring one at a time so every one get small slice.

Really impressed with this one. The White Mud Cake is super moist and dense without feeling heavy, and the texture is smooth rather than crumbly. The flavour is nicely balanced: sweet, vanilla-y and creamy, with a rich white chocolate icing that isn’t overpowering. Tastes way better than a typical supermarket cake and works just as well straight from the fridge. Definitely a solid buy.
