They are full of protein making them ideal to set you up for the day. I always keep a can or two in the pantry for a quick, filling meal. The tomato sauce is well balanced taste-wise, with a bit of tang. These baked beans are very reasonably priced but compared with more expensive brands may have a bit too much sauce to beans ratio.

We go through LOTS of these. My family doesn't like the flavour of other brands. We eat them as baked beans on toast (sometimes with eggs), baked beans and cheese toasties, and in chilli. I buy at least 4 cans a week.

The Coles branded baked beans are a cost effective alternative to the brand names. The product is ok, flavour is satisfactory as the sauce isn't the richest of flavour compared to more expensive brands, and can sometimes be watery. Price has nearly doubled over the last few years like most grocery items.

Everybody seems to like the baked beans in tomato sauce great to have with melted butter on a nice soft toast in the morning with some bacon and eggs or scrambled eggs but definitely everybody likes the baked beans
