Baked beans in tomato sauce is a great addition for breakfast. It's rich of Fibre, and protein. I usually heat them in a microwavable bowl and eat them on toast, or I make a scrambled eggs, tomatoes and couple tablespoons of baked beans. The baked means are in a rich tomato sauce which gives them a nice flavour. It's 4 star health rating. If you have left overs, I store in a container in the fridge. Cons:doesn't last more than 2 days
