These damper inspired rolls are delicious! They are soft and moist and easy to bite into and chew. The damper rolls were requested by my granddaughter for her hamburger, being just the right size for a toddler. She enjoyed both the roll and filling immensely. They freeze also freeze well and defrost to have the same consistency as before freezing.

Love bakery fresh roles and we hadn’t had these damper type ones before. They were so good we purchased them twice in the same week. We made beautiful rolls for lunch with them. I much prefer these than the sesame rolls that are too hard!

The damper inspired rolls from Coles are absolutely beautiful. They’re soft freshly baked every morning but nice and hard and crispy on the top.
