It sometimes can be hit and miss with punnet of strawberries, depending on the season but generally good appearance and taste overall. They may look a little like they’ve seen better days sometimes but they still taste good. we cook with them and eat them as is. the price can be a little expensive so we tend to buy them on sale

When available I always opt for the premium strawberries over the standard as they are usually bigger, riper and a lot sweeter. These berries also seem to last a little longer than the others and don’t bruise or rot as quickly. I recommend these and think they are worth the extra few dollars.
